Payment Terms

We accept payments via Visa or MasterCard, GooglePay, PayPal, and Payoneer.
A 50% deposit is required for any order to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
Payment must be made in full before any final design files are delivered.

Delivery Policy

All design services will be delivered within 7 working days.
For urgent projects requiring a faster turnaround, please notify us during the initial project discussion. Additional fees may apply for expedited services.
Delivery timelines may vary based on the complexity of the project and the client’s responsiveness.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the guidelines outlined on the Refund Policy page.

Revision Policy

Premium packages include unlimited free revisions.
Recommended packages include 7 free revisions.
Starter packages include 5 free revisions.
Additional revisions beyond the included amount will incur extra charges.
Revisions must be requested within 15 days of project delivery.

Client Obligations

Clients must complete a requirements form provided by VICKYGRAPHIX before the commencement of any project.
Timely and accurate completion of this form is essential for the smooth execution of the project.
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content and materials for the project in a timely manner.

Intellectual Property

All designs are created from scratch, ensuring originality and uniqueness.
VICKYGRAPHIX retains ownership of all design concepts and materials created until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, clients will receive ownership of the final design files and rights to use them as agreed.
VICKYGRAPHIX reserves the right to use completed projects in portfolios and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of Pakistan courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
