Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not offered once the products have been downloaded or accessed. However, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances.

Services

Before Project Start

• Full Refund: If a customer requests a refund before the project has started, a full refund will be provided. Please note that transaction charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

After 1st Draft

• 75% Refund: If a customer requests a refund after the first draft has been provided, a 75% refund will be issued.

After 1st Draft Approval

• 50% Refund: If a customer requests a refund after approving the first draft, a 50% refund will be issued.

After Final Files Delivery

• 25% Refund: If a customer requests a refund after the final files have been delivered, a 25% refund will be issued.

Post-Free Revisions

• 50% Payment Deduction: If a customer is not satisfied after the free revisions and cancels the project, a 50% payment deduction will apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

In cases where there are significant issues with a service that cannot be resolved, a full or partial refund may be considered. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund

• Date of purchase
• Description of the product or service purchased
• Reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
